Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping within India only. If you are located outside this area, please contact our customer service team at contact@playfulplunge.com to inquire about international shipping options.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer shipping through Shiprocket. Shipping cost is free for all orders above Rs. 999/-.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and/or message once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary between 2 - 5 days for standard items and 8 - 12 days for personalized items and are based on the destination. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international shipments.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Playful Plunge is not responsible for delays or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact our customer service team at contact@ikigaiventures.co.in within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
